Made to accompany my 2006 article, "'The Evening under lamplight. .  . with the
photograph album': To the Lighthouse as Family Scrapbook," this digital composition
layers two dozen images of Virginia Stephen and her family onto a photograph I took
of Talland House in St, Ives, Cornwell, the place where the Stephen family regularly
spent their long summer vacations and the site of To the Lighthouse.  This is the final
digital image, which is printed on Arches and then blind embossed with a woodcut of
waves breaking over the house and images.
