| Elisa Kay Sparks Sissinghurst Alliums Fall 2007 --------------------------------------- Two versions of the same print, composed of a color reduction woodcut plus a solar plate. The photograph which is the basis for the solar plate is of the tower at Sissinghurst, shot looking up through a bed of allium. The woodcut is a fantasia on the form of allium flowers, which look a lot like botanical fireworks. |
